Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. That’s why we offer a flexible cancellation policy to help manage any changes to your travel itinerary.

  • More than 7 days before the tour: You will receive an 85% refund of the total payment.
  • From 7 to 3 days before the tour: You will receive a 70% refund of the total payment.
  • From 3 to 1 day before the tour: You will receive a 50% refund of the total payment.
  • Within 24 hours before the tour starts: The payment is non-refundable.

To cancel a tour, please contact our customer service team at support@greatyourguide.com. We recommend that you consider purchasing travel insurance to cover any cancellation fees that may arise due to unforeseen circumstances.
